Innocent founded Elegant Care with a vision to build a home care agency that families in Chicago could truly trust. As Owner and Agency Director, he oversees all operations, caregiver hiring and training, client care planning, and quality assurance. His commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of how Elegant Care is run — from the rigorous background check process for every caregiver to the personalized care plans created for every client.
